Home Delivery of Medicines

Home delivery of medicines is a Voluntary Initiative by Central Hospital/Lallaguda/SCR  in association with Bharath Scouts and Guides and some other Volunteers to serve the beneficiaries of Retired Railway employees and their families. 

Please read all the following Instructions till the end of the Page, before requesting for Home Delivery of medicines.

The following Documents Should be uploaded to the given WhatsApp number (9701370555) at the time of request for Home Delivery. All the documents are mandatory to process the Home delivery.

  1. Copy of the Retired Employee/Dependent Medical ID card
    (Any one of the Following ID cards, such as UMID Card, RELHS Card, etc
    Your medical ID card should carry Valid latest Pension Pay Order no PPO number)
  2. Photocopy of Cover Page of Your Health Book.
  3. Photocopy of Cover Page of Health book of any/all dependents if requested for medicines for concerned beneficiary.
  4. Photocopy of List of Latest Prescribed Medicines by the Railway Doctor with Date Stamp.
  5. Photocopy of Latest issue/receipt of medicines with Date Stamp.
  6. Send Your Complete House Address with Valid Phone Numbers.
    (Medicines will be delivered to this Address only)

Instructions to follow while Collecting the Medicines

  1. Please Check all the medicines and acknowledge the Receipt.
  2. Ensure the Delivery Stamping on Health Book: Please ask the delivery Personnel for Stamping of the Medicines delivery with date and sign on all the relevant Health Books without Fail.
  3. Other Important Instructions
  4. Please do not call on the above number for any Inquiries. Instead, please leave a message related to home delivery of medicines only.
  5. The only list of Medicines prescribed in the Health Book by the Railway Doctor will be delivered. Request for any other medicines, i,e other than prescribed items in the health book will not be entertained.

Important Notice: Any Misrepresentation/Manipulation of the facts or any Fraudulent/Deceitful practices will be viewed seriously and necessary action will be taken.(Ex: Sending requests multiple times, Requesting for medicines much before the due date, etc )
