Exercises that help your law of attraction and what you want.

Loving-kindness meditation

It is challenging to approach your fears and doubts with love and compassion. Negative emotions are repressive and limiting, making it difficult to feel great love for them. Be patient, and try loving-kindness meditation.

Loving-kindness meditation is a Buddhist meditation that sends compassion to yourself, to others, and to the entire world. And it’s a great way to concentrate on a place that gives and receives love with ease.

Just find a sense of compassion in yourself and let it radiate to others. To do this meditation, visualize the warmth and desire that awakens within you to help a small child or injured animal and allow this radiation to radiate from you.

It is a loving-kindness meditation that you can practice to help you achieve feelings of compassion.

Test affirmations

Affirmations work very well for many people starting out with the Law of Attraction. And there are many statements of the Law of Attraction that you can try for yourself!

Free your body

Throw all the prohibitions to the wind! Practice releasing your body and dancing as if no one is watching.

This last exercise will help you overcome the inhibitions that make the last step seem really silly. Some people struggle with feelings of shame and shame, even when they are alone. But what is wrong with playing an imaginary scenario when there are no witnesses? It still seems silly, doesn’t it?

We get used to thinking and worrying about what people think of us. And even when we are alone, we are so used to worrying about our image that we often discourage even our individual actions.

So practice releasing your body, dance like no one is looking at you. This is all that is needed to complete this exercise. Find a place where you can be alone and just relax. Music or no music, let your body move as it wants. Do not think. Simple to do.

Be deliberate

Most of us walk doing our daily activities without intention. We wake up, prepare for a new day, and go through it without even thinking about our actions. And too often, our abstract thoughts and feelings elude the action that is taking place.

To truly work with the Law of Attraction, be aware of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Intent focuses your brain activity and uses all available resources to help you take action. This kind of disciplined approach will help you achieve results faster and with greater precision when using the Law of Attraction.

So to practice mindfulness, just focus on your daily activities and define your intention for each action you take on the task. The practice may seem extremely tedious at first, but keep practicing and watch your attention drift to the reality of the moment.

For example, deliberately washing dishes tonight. Before taking any action, state your intention out loud (or mentally, if you have company). Say,

• “I’m going to get these dishes clean again.”

• “I’ll take the plate.”

• “I turn on the hot water.”

• “I put soap on the sponge.”

Do not take any action without first announcing your intention to do so. Again, this may seem tedious at first, but you will soon notice something amazing:

A simple dishwashing process is actually a series of various actions, movements, and thoughts. And when your intention is focused on action, you will accurately estimate how many moves there are.

Usually, a person approaches this action on autopilot, but when backing up, they will notice the whole series of decisions and actions that make up their entire day as they move with intention.

Thank you list

We talked about the significance of gratitude in Step, but here we’re going to dig a little deeper. Recognition sets you up for success because it sets you up for success.

Expect the universe to be more likely to give you something if you are already grateful for what it gave you. By giving someone the requested birthday gift and barely receiving gratitude, you will likely avoid a second gift. But on the other hand, you’ll enjoy giving a second gift to someone who has enthusiastically expressed appreciation for their contribution. Imagine the universe in the same way.

Make a thank you list to help you find and express gratitude. There are several ways to do this:

• Make a massive list of everything you are thankful for. Add to the list every time you think of something else.

• Every night (or morning), make a list of the things you value in your life right now. Imagine waking up every morning and reading a list of the great things you can do in your life right now. It will definitely improve your mood and change the way you see things that will make you happy.
