Introduction to the law of attraction

Many of you have probably heard of the Law of Attraction, Mystery, visualization, or some other popular manifestation of this technique from some well-meaning life coach, but most likely, you don’t fully know what the Law of Attraction really is. … Basically, if you spend some time every day visualizing (yes, imagining) YOUR idea, exactly what you decide what you want, and you do it every day, and 100% of your soul believes that by doing so things, This ideal will manifest itself in your life … You will fulfill your dream. Also, if you expect to see results, no matter how unlikely, you WILL SEE results. You are in full control of your life/destiny/future. You have not yet taken the reins into your own hands. If you like what you hear and want to understand it, keep reading.

Fundamentals of the law of attraction:

Showing your ideal is not as difficult as it seems. If you meditate every day, you are actually halfway there. But meditation is just one of many ways to visualize what you want. I’m getting ahead of myself, so here are the basics:

1. DECIDE what you want. Believe it or not, this is the difficult part of the whole process. When you start to analyze your negative thought patterns, you will probably realize that you didn’t even want what you thought you wanted so badly. You need to understand what you want more than anything in the world, no matter how impossible the goal may seem right now. Millionaire? Of course. Multimillionaire? Even better. Maybe you just want to have a girlfriend/boyfriend or want to lose weight—everything you want. Pick three things to start with: a small target, a medium target, and a crazy target.

2. CHOOSE the method by which you will be most confident in your ability to visualize or imagine your ideal: your life when everything you want has come to you. Someone walks, someone sits in the dark, and someone meditates in parks. However, it should be relaxing and as quiet as possible. Make sure you do something that doesn’t bother you for at least 30 minutes, if not an hour. Sit down, but don’t lie down, or you may get more sleep in your life instead of your ideal. 3. CREATE your fantasy by simply letting your mind wander the first few times. For example, let’s say the goal is to lose weight. Imagine looking in the mirror and looking amazing. You have lost XXX pounds and are very satisfied with yourself. Then you leave the house, and someone walks by and says how thin you are. So again, imagine the moment when your goal will be achieved, NOT how you will achieve it. Your responsibility is to have a will, not away. The universe will choose a method for you. Either way, keep building your fantasy until you have a series of events that you can visualize every day. Repetition is the key to success. Do the same for other purposes. Fantasy also does not need to be divided into sections with a goal; in addition, the combination of objectives in fantasy is encouraged. For example, if your three goals are to lose weight, find a job, and buy a new BMW, envision your very lean autonomous driving to a new job in your new BMW. If you have trouble visualizing/using your imagination, try clearing your mind first and not thinking about anything for 1 minute.
